How can you be free

Sometimes you feel free, other entrapped. How can you be free with so much baggage? Baggage are desires and fears, translating into attractions and aversions, likes or dislikes, what’s good and what’s not.

Why can’t we all free ourselves and for fear of loosing identity we hold on to what we understand that conform us? It is a constant battle between what you are and what you want to be—who you are and what you want to be.

Place yourself at the witness stand and ask yourself where do you want to be next? Most of us if not all want to be free but are not able to let go of our own selves; molded by ourselves like silly putty by our experiences and what we all have determine that must be of us to preserve who we are.

Isn’t it true that by fear of loosing our lives by a predator that we fear that predator? Is the predator our enemy of what the predator wants is only food? By us wanting to survive we fear most of what surround us not realizing that living in a world of fear is not life at all.
